The AutoSwitcher can be adapted to almost any water knife system. It’s primary purpose is to enable the operator to clear a plugged knife without interrupting the cutting operation. When a plugged knife is detected, the device automatically switches it out for cleaning, while switching a second knife into the active stream.

The AutoSwitcher also allows the operator to remove and inspect the cutlery without an interruption in the production flow. This device has tremendous payback, particularly in high-production systems. Standard and custom models are available.

- Mechanical Safety Latches - locks the device and further prevents
switching when open.
- Dump Valve - quick releases energy from the system to prevent knife
from switching.
- Air Lock Switches - in the event that energy is not released, this 300 lb. Break Release will prevent the operator from opening the device.
